LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER REQUIRED IN AN OIL AND GAS SERVICING FIRM IN PORT HARCOURT

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Port Harcourt for a Legal and Compliance Officer at Oil&Gas. The Legal and Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring legal and regulatory changes, conducting internal audits, and providing legal guidance to the organization. They will also be involved in contract review, drafting and negotiating agreements, and handling legal disputes and litigation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Legal and Compliance Officer position should possess the following qualifications:

Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks

5years Post Call to Bar experience

Experience in compliance management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to interpret complex legal documents

Exceptional attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills
