Overall responsibility for the management, governance, and reporting of the proposed development of ICTSI’s multi-purpose terminal located at Bauan (Batangas) Terminal.

The role requires an experienced civil engineer who radiates a leadership style that is engaging, open to listening, and empowering, allowing others to develop and succeed, while at the same time being decisive, transparent in communication, and opinionated.

Essential Functions:
• Leads the civil infrastructure technical due diligence, projects, and other civil engineering endeavors within the region.
• Ensures that corporate policies, guidelines, management plans and processes are adopted and followed on all civil engineering activities, or else elevates reasonable and necessary exceptions to management for approval.
