RESPONSIBILITIES

Product and Process Specialist
Service immediate customer needs
Application Development / Product Design
New product introductions
Customer/Supplier/Vendor relations
Identify new product opportunities
Organize transfer meetings with sales, project management and customers
Project Management as required
On-site assessments, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, repairs and/or upgrades to customer’s equipment
Sales opportunity management as required
Contribute to company committees or initiatives as needed
Travel will be required as part of this position
Other duties may be assigned
