Duties

Manage the shipment of overseas stock orders.

Place purchase orders

Follow up on order statuses

Calculate the cost of items and shipments

Manage the receipt of shipments

Arrange the payments of invoices

Send samples of new products overseas to check quality

Transfer of stock to the various branches

Reporting to Import &Procurement Manager

Skills & Knowledge

Financial skills (figure orientated)

Good computer literacy

SAP essential

Understanding and knowledge of automotive parts and spares

Freight knowledge

Experience

2 years working in the finance department at the company

Education
