Job Description:
A data capturer is responsible for capturing data from various sources and entering it into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. They must be detail-oriented and have excellent typing and computer skills. They must ensure all information captured is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

- Capture data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and query missing data and errors.
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
- Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.
- Scan through information to identify pertinent data.
- Provide support to other staff members as needed.
