Overview

A well-established IT managed services company in Westville is looking for an administrative assistant to join the Helpdesk team.

This is not a technical position, and therefore not suitable for aspiring IT Engineers. This is a newly created position to deal with the demands of the growing business.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07h30 to 1630.

The role will entail:
• Logging support calls through the Helpdesk
• Allocating support calls to attending technical team members
• Scheduling and co-ordinating jobs
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors to facilitate service and support
• Managing support email accounts and responding to queries
• General administrative functions

Candidate Requirements

Please only apply if you meet the following essential criteria:
• Available immediately
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
