Responsibilities

Full debtors function, Book value +- R20 million.

Debtors reconciliation

Processing credit notes and rebate credits

Ensure all payments are processed against invoices

Year end customer statements printed in separate audit file.

Petty cash control

Release sales orders in accordance of authority

Follow up on accounts on weekly basis to ensure accounts due are collected.

Month end statements

Invoicing

Review credit limits

Must have experience with Credit Insurer system.

Maintain client details on Syspro

Ensure all client information are kept up to date on system

Opening new loyalty customer accounts on Syspro

Ensure credit applications are completed in full with supporting documents

Qualifications

3-5 Years credit control experience essential. Syspro and Excel
