Responsibilities:
• Conduct ground and flight training sessions for pilots trainees.
• Develop and implement personalized training plans tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of each student.
• Provide thorough pre-flight and post-flight briefings to students, covering flight objectives, procedures, and areas for improvement.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating the Twin Otter DHC-6 400 aircraft and effectively communicate relevant procedures and techniques to students.
• Evaluate student performance during flight training sessions and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development and progression.
• Maintain accurate records of student training progress, flight hours, and lesson plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
