Responsible for supporting the company sales and marketing strategy via sales drives into the South African paint market.
• Understand company processes and activities relaying to customer accounts.
• Responsible to identify and acquire new clients in order to grow the business.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide advice and support to fulfil their requirements.
• Call on customers on a regular basis and manage and maintain relationships.
• Understand and take ownership of customer problems and complaints and ensure that they are handled and resolved to
customers’ satisfaction.
