Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for Distillation at the Worcester plant, to ensure the product are distilled according to standards as well as to ensure minimal loss of product. The Process Controller will be responsible for maintenance activities as well as ad hoc duties from time to time.

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12
• 5 years’ experience in a spirits environment or 3 years’ experience in specialist distillation
• Previous maintenance experience will be an advantage
• Code B drivers’ license (advantages)
• Understanding quality standards in a production environment
• Grade 12
