Job Responsibility
• Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Monitor staffâs attendance, leave, attitude and performance
• Involve in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff
• Conduct daily briefing with staffs
• Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all company policies and standards

Job Requirements
• Strong leadership and management skill
• Excellent conflict resolution ability
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work at Seri Kembangan, Selangor / Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
• Able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant
