Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at ALWAR GENERAL FINANCE CO. PVT. LTD. The Company Secretary will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing legal and regulatory compliance, preparing and maintaining legal documents, and providing support to the management team.
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Proficient in computer applications and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
