To ensure timely closing of open vacancies against approved project positions.

Supervise and ensure PMS guidelines and supporting employees in the same while completing the appraisal cycle, goal setting and normalization activities within prescribed time frame.

To plan and implement development initiatives for Employees.

Vibes Survey: 100 % employee participation in the survey, Sharing of the survey feedback and Task force formation for the improvement areas
