Make an impact

―Validate and post AP documents daily, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards.

―Record forwarder fee invoices accurately for import, local, and export shipments.

―Reconcile AP balances monthly, including GI/IR reconciliation with local suppliers.

―Monitor the monthly AP aging report to check the payment term, vendor’s information to ensure the system is set up and operate correctly.

―Confirm balances with vendors periodically for audit support and accuracy.
