Job Description

Role & responsibilities
• Check all the running equipments in the plant, Operating and controlling of WTP, ETP, STP, Cooling Tower Equipments either on DCS or On Panel or through filed instruments. Testing of variose parameter for analysis.
• Observe (listen, feel, see) the deviations / abnormal conditions of the operating parameters and monitor readings, maintain log sheets, read gauges, trends. If any deviation observed report to site in charge.
• Handling of critical situations like leakages of chemical , Water , tripping of any equipment, blackout and situations like restart , testing. setting with testing and shut down of plant
• In coordination with a Manager develops plans for service interruption or equipment maintenance, Make necessary arrangement to undertake the maintenance activities and help the maint.team during the maint
• Oversees the work of operating staff and trains new employees.
• Ensure the safety of the persons, equip. and systems in the plant
