Job Requirements

We are seeking a competent and compassionate Nursing Incharge to oversee our nursing team. The Nursing Incharge will be responsible for creating treatment plans for patients, monitoring vital signs, providing advice and emotional support, assisting surgeons during procedures, training student nurses, and completing necessary paperwork related to patient care and progress.

Responsibilities:
• Create and implement treatment plans for patients in coordination with the medical team.
• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate, and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Train and mentor student nurses, ensuring their competence and professional growth.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, documenting patient care and progress.
