Duties * You will develop all joint Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational concepts, plans and mission requirements in support of Commander USINDOPACOM-directed Joint Chief of Staff (JCS) exercises. * You will be responsible for the oversight, coordination and submission of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) reports and After-Action Reports (AAR). * You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting all individual and collective training which will professionalize the force and grow the future generation of SOF leaders. * You will be responsible for monitoring, documenting, and reporting individual and unit readiness and ensuring that the command is prepared to conduct USINDOPACOM directed missions. * You will determine resource needs, allocate resources and account for the effective use of these resources in employing SOF to effectively support JCS exercises, and other operations, actions and investments.
