Job Description:
• Responsible for industrial relations that also covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, hiring-termination.
• Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management.
• Maintain communication with government or regulators.
• Handling employee Certification registration and reports.
• Review and give advice to the management in terms of employment contracts, company policy, SOP, and keep up to date with the government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the government regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Laws.
• Excellent knowledge in Labor Law, and keep up-to-date with the government regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources/Human Capital Having a good communication and problem solving skills.
