Job Summary
Manage the development and formulation of chemical products to meet customer expectations and support sales performance

General Responsibilities
• Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
• Manage overall generation and formulation of new commercial applications and products to provide additional revenue for the company
• Monitor product formulation guidelines and procedure compliance in order to improve existing products, reduce cost, improve performance or simplify manufacturing
• Manage product formulation for laboratory-scale and pilot-scale testing to ensure good service/reliability
• Manage implementation of product development projects to ensure efficient resource planning and meet project schedules
• Compile/review latest product trends, ingredients or new development processes to identify product improvement
