Job Purpose and Impact

The Technical Services Supervisor will provide leadership to technical services teams across a specialty area. In this role, you will handle and prioritize customer relationships and projects across the specialty area with input from internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
• Assess opportunities for improvement and provide recommendation on business development collaborating with functional or location leaders for the defined business.
• Oversee a team of engineers or technicians that provide technical support and service internally and externally to existing or potential customers.
• Oversee and provides guidance to direct reports in identifying solutions for the customers, exploring competitor capabilities and assessing value.
