QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
• At least 10 years of working experience as Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• With experience in mass housing or residential/condominium projects.
• Willing to be assigned to the following locations:

- Tanza, Cavite

- Tagaytay

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Coordinates with the design team discrepancies against issued plans vs actual site conditions. Managing construction progress, oversees project expenses and ensures project quality, aligned with management directives.
• Makes strategic decisions and provides leadership and direction to Team members.
• Meeting with management to report on project progress
• Manages and controls contracts of vendors and suppliers within an established project timeline.
