The Centre Manager works as the leader of the MSSL centre, responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role encompasses clinical excellence and client care, recording and reporting, operations and system strengthening, service delivery, leadership, and capacity building. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence and Client Care:

· Provide leadership and guidance to centre staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and client-centered care

· Collaborate with the Clinical Quality team to maintain clinical protocols, standards, and guidelines to upload excellence

in service delivery

· Monitor clinical outcomes and client satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement quality
