• Issue invoices to parents
• Collection checking and issuance of receipts to parents
• Collection reconciliation from IMS to bank statements
• Follow up with parents for outstanding invoices
• Manage cash collection and deposit the cash into the bank
• Handle Fee Protection Scheme, add and delete(terminate) the students from Lonpac platform
• Check ECA costing, it is corresponding to ECA revenue
• Respond to parents' inquiries
• Assist administrative works at the school, if required
• Any other ad-hoc works requested
