We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the development and management of our ATM and electronic payment channel performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive dashboard and reporting system to monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring optimal availability and performance of our ATM and electronic payment channel network. This role involves managing vendor relationships, planning maintenance schedules, and addressing repeat incidents to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage an ATM and electronic payment channel machine performance dashboard and reporting system.
