Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, has a vacancy for a Wage Administrator to join our dynamic team in Durban. Reporting to the Regional Manager, successful candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage all finance and wages-related related Functions to ensure compliance to all legislative requirements as well as ensuring that the correct Temporary and or Contract Employees (Assignees) are paid the correct wage at the correct time.

Duties & Responsibilities

The following duties are expected of the Wage Manager, including but not limited to:
• Auditing of Assignee and Client Files.
• All administration relating to the payment of Assignee wages weekly, fortnightly and monthly.
• Liaise with the Finance Function regarding payment of debtors and creditors.
• Reconciliations as necessary.
• Stock Control and the issue of stock items.
• Completion of reports as required.
