As a Senior Service Delivery Manager within the Parlee Managed Services Division (MSD), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of solutions in alignment with customer requirements and Parlee proposals. Your responsibilities will include managing international projects with remote stakeholders, representing Parlee Conseiller to top-level customer executives, and driving operations to uphold customer satisfaction, timely delivery, quality, project profitability, and the interests of Parlee Conseiller.

This position in based in Gomez Palacio, Durango, with the possibility to hire professionals from all "La Laguna" zone (Torreón, Coahuila; Lerdo, Durango; Matamoros, Coahuila; etc...), reporting to main offices in Austin, Texas and/or Mexico City.
