We are seeking a Customs Coordinator part of our Schneider Electric Mexico Maquiladoras Portfolio.

This position is responsible of the import-export operation, direct communication with the brokers, customs documentation, collaborate with competency centers to reduce duty payments, ensure an accurate database integrity, a complete record keeping of customs operations. Ensure on time deliveries according to plant requirements as well as new projects, production lines transference and a full understanding of definite and temporal operations according to our IMMEX program.

Qualifications

This position should have an intermediate level of knowledge for the following topics:

IMMEX program

Annex 24

Definite and temporary customs operations

Abilities & Skills:

70% English (spoken and written)

Customer Service Oriented

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
