Identify areas for improvement in the ERM framework and executes on strategies to strengthen it. Implement and enhance appropriate risk management procedures that summarize risk management strategies, controls and mitigation plans, assess the effectiveness of mitigation actions and monitor effectiveness of controls. Develop and implement ERM tools, methodologies and processes to analyze and report enterprise risks to provide an early signal of increasing risk exposures in various areas of the Company to the Management and the Board. Analyze various types of financial and other data to assess risk exposures and assists in trend analysis and projections. Perform risk review on a periodic basis on regulatory requirements to ensure continued relevance and appropriateness, as well as updating as necessary the relevant risk policies.
