• Strong MS Office skills - Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Teams, Power BI

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience of implementing EODB reforms reducing regulatory compliance burden programs for state/ central government is desired.

2. Experience of business process re-engineering.

3. Experience in scoping projects and successfully managing client expectations and requirements.

4. Experience with process design, including e.g. conducting workshops, interviews, process documentation.

5. Demonstrates an understanding of, and sensitivity to stakeholders needs.

6. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.

7. Significant professional experience - in project and change management.
