Position Overview:

As a member of the Graphics Hardware DFT group, you will be responsible for various activities related to design, RTL/GLS validation, automation, ATPG, and timing analysis in the DFT domains. This role offers the chance to contribute to the design and validation of future processors that power Intel's GPUs. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Work on design, RTL/GLS validation, automation, ATPG, and/or timing analysis in DFT domains such as TAP Controller, Scan, Array DFT (PBIST/MBIST), IO DFT, PLL DFT, or HVM Reset.
• Contribute to trace pattern generation efforts and post-silicon enabling debug support.
• Analyze test data, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on DFT designs accordingly.
