The role?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent HR Assistant here at EnerMech. The HR Assistant position will provide administrative support to the HR department, taking daily direction on priorities and standards from HR Manager. Accurate and real time population and maintenance of HR database and personnel files, benefits schemes and payroll as well as on time and professional reporting activities as required by the department and suggesting business improvements proactively.
