Key Accountabilities:• Lead the establishment of the IMU production infrastructure, including managing and maintaining the test facility and equipment.• Collaborate with the development management team to select suitable equipment and facilities for IMU test, evaluation, and production.• Specify fixture requirements for Navigation team products on applicable test equipment.• Develop and execute fixture and test equipment verification processes and plans.• Drive the industrialization development of designated IMUs for local development efforts.• Continuously review IMU and sensor test facilities and procure test equipment as needed.• Support the development of IMU calibration methods, techniques, and algorithms.• Liaise with suppliers to resolve technical issues during development.• Provide technical support to the production team regarding integration and performance issues of the IMU.• Advise management on production implications for long-term IMU development strategy.• Stay updated...
