Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Bhaja Restaurants in Manama. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, menu planning and development, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, and maintaining food safety standards. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for creating new recipes, sourcing ingredients, and implementing cost-control measures.
