Lead Process Engineer

We're supporting an automotive electronics Tier-2 who are looking for a Lead Process Engineer. You'll be in charge of a small team who are focused on process development topics for new process technologies related to upcoming new product introductions.

Responsibilities:
• Specification and design of new process technology
• Technical support of technology procurement processes
• Support pre-acceptance checks of new technologies
• Manage customer requirements and KPIs
• Travel to assembly sites for acceptance checks and analysis of industrialization phase topics up to SOP
• Manage, coach and grow a team of Process Engineers and Process Technicians

Requirements:
• 5+ years focused on automotive process development topics
• 2+ years focused on complex electronic assemblies, ideally within automotive
• 2+ years experience of process development for highly automated lines
• Proven experience of process development experience related to new product introductions
