PLC Programmer (40% travel across Europe).

Location: Weiden in der Oberpfalz, Bavaria.

Salary: €50,000-70,000 per year + benefits.

The warehouse automation industry is on the rise again after many experienced a slump following the post-Covid boom, and our customers is now looking to add reinforcements to their PLC development and commissioning team.

Your responsibilities may include:
• Development and commissioning of PLC control technology for complex warehouse systems.
• In depth usage of Siemens S7, TIA Portal and WinCC. Developing logic from scratch, but also contributing towards the library of templates/making edits to existing code.
• On-site acceptance testing, commissioning and training of customer staff.

Your profile:
• Extensive experience of Siemens S7/Tia Portal and the associated programming languages: STL, SCL, AWL, KOP, LAD etc.
