Responsibilities:

Responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely fashion and according to SLA agreements

Data analysis, validation and publishing financial business reporting according to SLA agreements

Outgoing calls/emails chasing data submissions as well as any queries on data validation and reporting

User access management

Occasional translations support

Skills and experience:

Strong customer focus

Effective communication skills in German (native level) and English – verbal and written

High level of numeracy with attention to detail

Ability to work in a team environment

Good level of IT skills in general

Good problem solving skills, ability to generate possible solutions
