We are looking to recruit as soon as possible a leading research technician (m/f/d) cell service laboratory to join the Cell Service team of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at our location in Einbeck/Germany on fulltime basis with an unlimited contract.

That awaits you:
• Planning and organisation of the short- and long-term clone storage and related processes
• Alignment with local and international customers about incoming projects
• Management of in-vitro leaf sampling processes for ploidy and marker analysis
• Management of a team
• Identification and implementation of process optimization measures
• Application and further advancement of LIMS in cooperation with IT and data experts
• Collaboration with QM experts in enhancing the quality and process management in the laboratory

With this profile you fit to the position:
• Completed PT, ATA, BTA education or Bachelor in agricultural science, biology, or comparable education
• Experience in personnel management is an advantage
