Project Manager to implement time recording system

emagine is looking for a candidate who can help implement a new system for time recording.

The implementation will happen in Germany, and will have connection to Global IT and at some point also a connection to Denmark.

Hopefully everything will be in done within 2-3months, but to help we need a external Project Manager for the next 6months plus possible extension. It needs to be someone who has experience working with IT and processes within big orginazations.

The Project Manager needs to help install B-COMM:

B-COMM
• Complete overview of ”services” B-COMM to take over or new services to DE organization
• Decommision of services from existing system (Promark)
• Enxure ressource allocation, project related & going forward operational
• Create the plan to migrate from Promark to B-COMM
• Coordinate between stakeholder in DK & DE
• Ensure overview on architecture, cost, licenses, contract, support model & documentation
