Handling CRM operations, starting from architecture review, maintenance, servers and OS monitoring, handling global incidents and leading the operations team.
Duties and responsibilities
• Lead operations team.
• Study new CRM administration requirements and make a complete assessment.
• Fast reaction to system issues to ensure that our services are up quickly.
• Responsible for incidents & operation tasks.
• Accept and validate new features implementation, software upgrades and new products and services.
• Responsible on tasks / activities planning.
• Responsible on production stability.
Job specification
Education
Bachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
Experience
• 10+ years of CRM experience.
• Experience on Siebel CRM (preferred 23+ Siebel version).
• Configure application using EAI, Workflow, and related tools.
