Are you a dedicated, customer focused Coordinator, looking for a new challenge in a growing global organisation?

We are looking for a Coordinator, who will join the team in Almeria, Spain in a hybrid capacity (split of working in the office and from home). You will provide administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers, ensure quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.

Tasks

• Onboard new clients and renew existing clients timely and seamlessly, taking care of the necessary paperwork.

• Issue quotes, invoices, and certificates to clients timely and accurately.

• Maintain and update databases.

• Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached.

The success criteria of the role:
