Location: Alcester

We are looking for a mechanical labour only subcontractors for a retirement village project located in Alcester. The village contains 48 plots of 2 Bedroom Cottages. Certain phases due to go into 1st fix stage

Description - Full Drawings and Scope can be provided on request.
• All Mechanical installations
• Bathrooms / Kitchens
• Heat Source Pumps

Required Skills:
• Valid CSCS in plumbing/Mechanical
• Knowledge of Mechanical installs
• Previous experience on a large commercial site
