Carpenter Multi trader required - domestic property maintenanceresponsive repairs across the local area.
Responsibilities:

Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs and related remedial works
Ideally from a Carpentry backgroundbut with experience of the following an advantage
Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs.
Maintaining van stock and liaisingwith the planner on distributedroles
Striving for Customer satisfaction & Interaction to the highest levels
Requirements:
Time Served/NVQ / C&G qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
Full tool set
Full driving license
van & fuel card provided
