We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our senior management team, covering our care homes in the north of Scotland. The role will involve regular travel throughout the north area.

Your main role as a Quality Manager is to develop and maintain high quality services that help the people we support, achieve the things that matter to them. You will work as part of the operations team to implement continuous improvement that support our organisational mission and values.

To be considered for this role you will:

- Be a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

- Have significant previous experience (3years+) within a focused quality assurance and improvement role within the social care / health sector.

- Possess excellent organisational and record keeping skills

- Have the ability to nurture positive professional relationships at all levels
