The Abbey Practice is looking to recruit a Senior General Practice Nurse to join our friendly team based in Arbroath. The Abbey Practice operates under a 2c arrangement with NHS Tayside.

We are looking to recruit a proactive and experienced General Practice Nurse who will work in partnership with the Practice Nursing Team, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Manager and Lead GP.

As part of supporting the practice development plan and RCGP Vision for General Practice, your role will facilitate the nurse-led management of long term conditions delivered to our practice population with a person centred focus and safe, effective evidence based care.
