An exciting, developmental opportunity has arisen for x2 Deputy Ward Managers to join Tegid Ward in Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor, Gwynedd, North Wales.

Main duties of the job

Tegid Ward is a busy 30 bedded ward which specialises in General surgery. The nursing team is proactive and innovative with a wealth of knowledge in this specialized field.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy and dynamic nursing team. This is a demanding role that requires commitment and a positive leadership approach towards change. You will have excellent communication skills and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike.
