An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, adaptable and highly motivated pharmacist has arisen at Swansea Bay University Heath Board, to maximise safe and effective care for patients across primary care.

You will have the opportunity to apply your expert pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to improve patient care through a range of settings including GP practice, virtual wards, care homes etc.

Primary care experience is desirable but we would welcome applications from those with hospital or community experience who are able to clearly demonstrate the aptitude required to work within a busy changing environment.
