1. Hotel General Manager (GM)

· Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and drive overall profitability.

· Foster a positive work environment and cultivate a strong team spirit among staff.

2. Food & Beverage Manager

· Manage all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

· Develop menus, oversee inventory, and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

· Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

3. Housekeeping Manager

· Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, order, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.

· Implement efficient cleaning procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence.
