M&A Senior Analyst

Our client is a major company with a presence in several countries around the world, controlled by an private equity and experiencing very strong growth, and we are looking for an M&A Senior Analyst

Main responsibilities:
• Providing key support to team with respect to the decision making process regarding new expansion/investment projects
• Assistance with market and target analysis
• Gathering data and analyzing the outcomes of the due diligence process
• Building detailed valuation models – elaborating detailed business plans with key value drivers, preparing DCF, multiples, return analysis (IRR, payback, etc.)
• Assistance with preparation of key documents for internal decision-making processes
• Assistance with M&A transaction process (e.g. request lists, due diligence, transaction documentations, etc.)
• Meeting potential Sellers to better understand targets and negotiate key terms of agreements
