For the Sales Area of Mobility Business Unit in the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI), we are looking for a:

AREA MANAGER ITALIA

The person will take care of the following activities:

• Implement and oversee the development of business plans and strategies for Campania, Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata e Sicilia

• conduct sales forecast to determine company objectives and target market for a product/service

• visit existing and potential clients to offer products/services and to elaborate on product features

• carry out research to identify new sales opportunities by working closely with its team of sales agents.

• able to deal and managing a team of sales agents or sales account

• organize and support the agents network, providing them with all the tools needed to achieve sales goals

• check the sales agent’s performance and carry out an action plan to recover/improve the results.
