Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Assistant at Kiambu located in Nairobi. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and order management. The Procurement Assistant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

• Previous experience in procurement or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
